Creatine fast

Creatine Fast is a food supplement in gastro-resistant tablets, based on creatine monohydrate, registered trademark Creafast®. The tablets, thanks to their patented biphasic formulation, are characterized by a controlled release of creatine, namely FRC - Fast Release Component (fast release component) and SRC - Slow Release Component (delayed release component).

The product is indicated for adults who practice intense physical activity . Creatine increases physical performance in case of repetitive, high intensity and short duration activities. The beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
